Misunderstanding about Files and Presentations?

Hello all!

Since it is the first time I am using this feature of Pilos, I prefer to ask the question before potentially opening a bug report.

So, please, forgive me if I'm mistaken…

Here it is:

In Pilos, I use the "files" tab to upload files, I mark them as "Download visible" and "Use in the next meeting". When I launch the corresponding room, nothing is "preloaded" in "Upload/manage presentations".

Am I missing something, is there something I misunderstood?
If it's an error, where do I have to look to have details?

Version details: Pilos 4.6.1 on a linux VM and BBB 3.0.8 on a linux physical server (1x AMD EPYC 8024P 8C/16T 2.4 GHz / 64Gb RAM / 1Tb NVMe)

Hi @Pierre-Lannoy,

if you set a file as "Use in the next meeting" it should be available in the next BBB meeting started by this rooms.

Behind the sences a protected link is generated and send to the BBB server, allowing the server to download the presentation file.

1. Can you download files within PILOS, is this feature working?
2. Can you scan the BBB log files for errors regarding presentation files

You have to make sure, the BBB server can contact the PILOS frontend, both to download files and to send meeting ended requests.

Thank you so much for your answer.
While reading bbb logs I found it was due to our anti-bot system (we're using BunkerWeb as waf & antibot). Deactivating the anti-bot allows Pilos to correctly send files. So now, all is working… Well without anti-bot! I will try to find how to correctly set it up, but definetely not a Pilos bug.
