Completes the neuromod-source trio with LC (NE, #121) and VTA/SNc (DA, #130). Currently serotonin in brainctl is only a dial (bg_modulators.serotonin); now it has a source nucleus with state. DRN (dorsal raphe) = time horizon / patience / cost-of-waiting. MRN (median raphe) = mood persistence / hippocampal stability. - Migration 077: 3 tables. DRN + MRN subtype catalog seeded. - 4 MCP tools: status, fire, set_state, history. - 8 tests. Phase 3 will wire raphe.time_horizon into BG eligibility-trace decay (high 5-HT → longer eligibility window). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
