Difference in rendering from the TexLive 2023 and the TexLive 2025 versions of tabularray

I have a table as shown below

The portion in the first row for example is rendered differently . This renders properly in 2023 (i.e.) Column 2 has multiple rows and the 2nd row in red font. But in 2025 the 3rd column is also rendered on the 2nd line and not the first . Should I change the syntax . Do let me know

Sorry, but this is not a minimal example. Please remove all redundant code from the example. Also use only fonts included in TeXLive. Other fonts are not supported. Does the problem persist if you change all text to English? If yes, post the minimal example.
