[Feature Request]: Config option to prevent cache folder being made

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I use crafty on my raspi, and everytime I start the server, I always get

[com.teamresourceful.resourcefullib.common.lib.Constants/]: Failed to create cache/data directories!
java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: /home/crafty

Can there be some kind of config option to disable it?

Global storage is essential for some mods to work but you can set XDG_CACHE_HOME and XDG_DATA_HOME environment variables for your servers which will change the location to wherever you'd like it to read and store such data do note this is a common folder environment variable so other mods may also use it if available
