Troubleshooting

• I have examined logs and tried to find the issue
• I have reviewed opened and closed issues
• I have tried restarting the application
• I have read Known Issues (Known Issues (Read Before Posting) #296)

The Problem

I'm not able to link local user with a oidc user. Don't see any blue or orange chain link icon anywhere!
This was also a problem in 1.11.2.

How to Reproduce

1. Create a OIDC user
2. Link local user with oidc user

Okay I'm not going crazy! I can't find this blue chain anywhere.

I rolled back my version to 1.11.1, and I was able to see the chain icon for linking, and it seems to work. Doesn't work in 1.11.2 though!
