[v3.13.9-beta.2+fabric-1.21.7] pinned stats arent getting updated with chat/any gui open

What happened?

afk in a moving boat with chat open and stat pinned doesnt update the stat (rode for 50km in screenshot while pinned stat says 9.8km)

Steps to reproduce

1. pin any stat
2. start increasing the following stat while afk
3. open chat/gui
4. see the bug
