Flatpak support?

Would it be possible to support the Flatpak version of MakeMKV on Linux?

What is different from the Flatpak version rather than just the regular Linux version?

My goal is to support Linux but I'll admit I haven't done a ton of testing

I believe it has all the same functionality, the main difference is how to access it via the command line.

For example to access makemkvcon in the CLI the command is:

flatpak run --command=makemkvcon com.makemkv.MakeMKV
