Once a web submission has been submitted, it cannot be edited in the web. Edits must be made to the /data database directly and re-incorporated.

I'm sure this is in the pipeline, but disc pages should feature an edit option to re-enter disc identification mode and to be able to fix errors, supplement with additional identification, etc. Also, adding disc hashes for old contributions before disc hashes were calculated.
