Transcribe Discord Voice Calls

Summary:

• Once the voice analyzer is complete we need to be able to transcribe the audio into text

Acceptance Criteria:

• - Receive the audio from the recording thats stored in cloud storage
• - Run the video through AI voice analyzer (paid feature)
• - Create a written text doc of the output and store in google docs
• - Parse the data into summary and action item
• - Push the video link, the transcribed dock link, and the action statement into a dedicated discord chat
