[BUG] Quest "Inn and Out" does not work properly, and has a weird VC tavern bug.

Describe the bug
I accepted the quest "Inn and Out" where you have to play a game with the game host in the tavern, but when trying to enter the tavern the screen is black and your character falling, after a few mins he lands in the tavern but the game host is not there, he does not spawn.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Any village that has the quest "Inn and Out" and accept it'
2. Click on 'Visit tavern in the Town you need to go'
3. See error

Expected behavior
Enter the tavern, play the game with the game host to complete the quest.

EDIT; There seem to be 2 seperate cases of this issue with my save here

1. -A) When you load my save, enter the village and accept the quest,
   -B) Then walk towards Waldenhof and enter the tavern.
   -C) You should see the same thing as in the video above, all NPCs will be lining up in front of the door when you land,
   -D) No game host present in the tavern
   -E) Save game and completely exit the game, reload that save, and you can enter the tavern normally with the game host present.

2. -A) When you load my save,enter the village and accept the quest,
   -B) Now instead of walking, teleport yourself in front of Waldenhof and enter the tavern
   -C) This time instead of the black screen superman landing, you'll load into the tavern with NPCs lining in front of the door.
   -D) No game host present in the tavern
   -E) Save game and completely exit the game, reload that save, and you can enter the tavern normally with the game host.

Not sure if its related, but after following the steps above and being able to play vs the game host, my game "froze" 2 times playing vs the game host where it would be his turn and nothing happens.
