Refactor to use the "Van Noord" embedded driver pattern

Daniel VanNoord has proposed a change to the LocalServer pattern where drivers are no longer placed in separate projects but are instead embedded directly within the LocalServer. This offers some advantages. The project should be refactored to incorporate the ISwitch driver into the LocalServer project.
