Make the library callable from UWP

Due to the generated wrapper-DLL with IKVM the wrapper can't be used by UWP-Projects, at the Moment. If there is someone with deeper Knowledge of IKVM, maybe there are Parameters to set during conversion of the JAR which make it work. The current DLL seems to use some .Net-libraries, that are not available within UWP.

The other possibility would be to switch over to P/Invoke the libstorj-dll directly - but I ran into too much difficulties with structs and "Access Violation"-Errors, that stopped me. But if someone has more Knowledge on that field, please help! It would be great if that one would stick to the included storj-interface (Libstorj.Wrapper.Contracts).
