Farmer's Delight Compat issue in 1.21.1 NeoForge and 1.20.1 Forge

Issue
Daggers can be used to cut items with Farmer's Delight cutting board.However, in 1.21.1 Neoforge this compat disappeared.

Additionally, item.miapi.modular_pickaxe with an axe butt can not strip log or process axe related recipe on cutting board, not even on Forge 1.20.1

Expected behavior
Expect to process items with dagger on the cutting board,and modular item with axe part can fully work as axe in vanilla and Farmer's Delight mod.

1.21 dagger should be fixed now

the log behaviour will be fixed in the next arsenal release, this was caused by the back-axe module not having the axe right click behaviour at all
