Real CVE ingestion

Add a real CVE ingestion system instead of the demo dataset.

Options:

• Integrate with Cisco API (if accessible)
• Parse Cisco PSIRT advisories
• Maintain a curated CVE JSON dataset
• Introduce affected platforms, versions, and fixed-in logic
