WARP Logging Not Session Scoped

Bug Description:
@emesare You probably already know this since you're working on logging and such recently. But if I open 50 files at the same time from a Project, the WARP logs for all the sessions appear in every session.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open many files from a project.
2. Look at the logs.

Expected Behavior:
WARP log for a session scoped to that session so the user can tell which opened file a particular WARP log was generated for.

Yea the tracing PR I mentioned before will fix this, I'll assign myself this issue
