Larval neuropil painting not giving synaptic neuropil queries

We need to think of how to add synaptic neuropil queries to larval subdomains as they are currently missing

@Clare72 we will need a way to add semantic tags to terms like this:

They seem to just be classified as 'multi-cell-component structures'

Should be straightforward to add the longitudinal subdivisions though

What should the tag be? Synaptic_neuropil and similar are not really appropriate because these domains include tracts.
I think they are all neuropil (i.e. don't include rinds), so could make a Neuropil_region tag (and add p_o some neuropil to terms).
