Left/Right images for anatomy choice is random

Please give details of the issue:
When using the ROI browser we don't handle if two exist well as the first is chosen at random which in the case of L/R is a bit odd for users:

Need some thought on how this should work: [both/left/right] (or even L/R in the tree?)
