Add new columns/relationships to record genotype components

We need this for effectors & FLPs - https://github.com/VirtualFlyBrain/Management/issues/223#event-4210630265

Suggest:

has_genotype_component
has_effector
has_FLP ??

These should be attached to individuals (depicted in images) not to classes.
