To elaborate, in the circled area in original image above, the blue 0-10% probability area between the starting perimeter and the orange and yellow probabilities to the south is surprising. Low-hazard fuel type may explain it.

In contrast, this example image has a typical high-to-low gradient of probabilities. (Water is purplish-blue and the 0-10% probability is similar but greenish-blue.)
