@adnanmunawar, I noticed this today and was going to create a new issue, but saw this one :)

Just as some added information for you if it helps in the debugging process:

I noticed one way this can happen is to have parent relationships in blender and then "Save Meshes". I solved this issue by removing the parent child relationship with the "Keep Transformations" option.
