Update tools list and suggestions

if you look at the readme, then you'll see that we have a lot of things listed there that we've since researched a lot more about and changed our mind on.

Specifically:

• we decided against angular, in favor of a backbone+react mix
• it might be wise for us to add support for mongodb (mostly because of gridfs)
• we may also want to add support for redis, because of its wonder pubsub system that wee could not get elsewhere
• we may want to use jugglingDb to easily have support for many databases (meh), or easily switch between rethink and mongo (that's better)
• in the suggested section, we should specify that we've chosen browserserify, because react works better with it and it seems to be better
• maybe let's add swig-react to the list of things we want to support. @janka102 is doing a lot with it and i would make server side rendering of react feasible

also, just a few personal things:

• i think we should use foundation. it is GREAT and allows for as much flexibility as you'd like
• hmm.. i thought there was more...
