Use slush to generate new projects

slush seems cool

We should use it to generate near-stack projects with support for only what you need

examples:

• maybe you don't need support for websockets, it asks you if you do
• maybe you don't need db support, or only a few of the ones we have available
• maybe you don't need react or browserify or backbone etc. maybe you do.

using slush to generate projects would allow for a much better beginning template

found out it's probably easier not to use slush, and instead make it a complete CLI
