Canont install wasp, there no executable file in `bin`

When I finish the instructions, there is nothing in ~/wasp/build/bin/

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
cmake --build .

[binji]

The executables are written into the subdirectories, e.g.

~/wasp/build/src/tools/wasp
