"Software" means the LibreMedia software, including its source code, object code, documentation, configuration files, build scripts, and any derivative works made available by the Licensor.
"Licensor" means Jerzy Sładkowski, acting through Webgate Systems LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
"Commercial Use" means any use of the Software intended for or resulting in commercial advantage, monetary compensation, or the offering of the Software or its functionality to third parties, including but not limited to:
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Hosting services
- White-labeling
- Managed services
- Integration into a commercial product or service
"Non-Commercial Use" means use strictly limited to:
- Personal or internal evaluation
- Security auditing and independent code review
- Academic or research purposes
- Preparing and submitting Contributions to the Licensor
without any direct or indirect commercial benefit.
