Untangle PWM module from automatic brightness control

With 71c6bbc a brightness module was introduced, but the PWM module still contains some LDR logic. This should be changed in a way that the PWM module is solely responsible for outputting the PWM signals, whereas the brightness module is handling the mapping between LDR values and the display brightness.
