AzureDeploy button no longer works

Tested with RadoslavGatev repo and here, but the AzureDeploy button no longer works.

Seems Azure updated their "Deploy" button approach to use the following pattern

However, it still doesn't work as it complains about the schema of the azuredeploy.json configuration file.
