Local Xcode build broken

As discussed with @acrusage-iaik, building the Valera app locally with Xcode seems to be broken with and without composite build.
Older branches seem to be ok.
The process gets stuck in the "Compile Kotlin" step and idles with practically no cpu time.

Awesome! This fixes the building process on my side.

But -U should just refresh all dependencies ...

I try the command with a little more verbosity. Maybe it unveils some looping request

It appears that this actually finishes (after quite some time).
But i don't think it is a good default for local build because of the 10-20min wait time. Also the iOS CI Pipeline is already on the longer side.

But you are right, just refreshing the dependecies should definitely not take that long

Debug output did also not reveal any helpful insights

In the CI pipeline the run times are still between 30 and 50 minutes, just as before.
But I'm also fine with removing the flag (in all instances, see the linked commit) ... go ahead!

If it does not affect die CI at all i'm also fine having this as a local change.
Like disabling the composite build
