Hide Exit To OEM screen button

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone knows how we can hide exit to OEM screen button. its usualy car Make icon that exits to car screen and i would like to hide it

In my case it is there because of installed Renault application. After uninstalling it was not visible IIRC. And also... isn't the icon set configurable in AA settings?

i dont see this as separate app and in AA setiings Exit app can not be removed. other apps can be but Exit amd Settings for example can not be
