Improve README #2
Description
The README needs to include the npm install command needed to install this library.
Also please can we have a snippet that shows the use of decode() as well as just decodeSync().
I think the README should state something about the browser versions it is tested against (and the limitations; ie it's ES5 and therefore IE8 is not supportable).
