ARM64 support

Hi, I've ran into an issue while using this project with k3s cluster on raspberries (arm64).

AFAIK to allow this project to work on arm64 out of the box will be to push an arm64 version of the image to registry.

I can see that you are using
uses: aboutbits/github-actions-docker/build-push@v1
inside your release and this action further bases on https://github.com/docker/setup-buildx-action which supports mult-platform builds.

I am interested in contributing to the repository (this and your action, because this action would have to expose another parameter to pass to the action underneath) - are you interested in contributions on this topic?

Hi! I am migrating my ancient dockercompose to a proper k3s homelab and I seek a way to define items inside my resources in... more declarative way.

As a side note, I will also add support for PostgreSQL Routine (includes Procedures/Functions) and Type (Enum) support for the Operator CRDs Grant and DefaultPrivilege, and a new Extension CRD will also be added.

I will also add drift detection, which can be optionally enabled via an ENV var Cron schedule, that checks whether the desired state matches the current state.

This is useful if someone, for example, manually tinkers with the grants.
Then the operator will detect it and reconcile it to the desired state, and remove the manually added grants.

As the https://github.com/aboutbits/github-actions-docker is a very central piece of our CI infrastructure, I made the addition of platforms myself.

Feel free to open the PR for the arm64/aarch64 support.
The major version of aboutbits/github-actions-docker stays the same, as adding the platforms input did not introduce any breaking change.

This is out of scope for now, but since I have years of experience using GraalVM with Quarkus, when I find the time, I might add GraalVM native-image builds to this operator to keep resource usage as low as possible.

I worry about aboutbits/github-actions-docker/build-push usage of v6 of this action, while docs use v7 in multiplatform examples:

In PR https://github.com/aboutbits/github-actions-docker/pull/3/changes#diff-87940b159bdd051df11763ebc58b7e0ddd50df6ec6834f0b81223a6d6202b24bR51 I updated to use docker/build-push-action@v7 with docker/setup-qemu-action@v4 and docker/setup-buildx-action@v4 so this should not be a problem.
