Add loading state for wallet balance after network switch

Summary
When the user switches networks, the wallet balance display briefly shows a stale value before the new balance loads. An explicit loading state during the network switch prevents the stale value from being interpreted as the current balance.

Scope

• identify the wallet balance display and the network switch event
• show a loading state on the balance immediately after a network switch is detected
• resolve the loading state once the new balance has loaded

Acceptance Criteria

• the balance shows a loading state immediately after a network switch
• the loading state resolves once the new balance is available
• the stale balance is not displayed at any point during the switch
