Focal Point is not enabled until page refresh if table name is manually typed in #681
Description
If a user types in or changes the table name, then the focal point code will not recognize the new table name. It requires a page refresh for the name to be properly parsed.
Here's a PR that implemented this: #668
We decided not to ship it at the moment since it's a lot of additional code and the majority of authors use the library or copy/paste tables.
