Drop By Drop is a student-led awareness website created as part of the Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives Team Project (0457).
The project focuses on water conservation, combining local and global perspectives with real-world action.

🌱 Project Aim

The aim of this project is to raise awareness about water scarcity and water waste among students and families, and to encourage simple, practical actions that reduce water consumption.

The website supports a wider school campaign that included:

• Awareness posters
• A student survey
• A school stand at a Winter Fête
• Fundraising for the charity #TeamWater through the stand at our school's Winter Fête

👥 Team Members & Roles

• Adrian Mehran
  Local research lead, website design and maintenance, survey design and data analysis (graphs & tables), stand co-ordination.

• Isabella Vezneyan
  Global perspectives research, design of informative posters, price-setting for charity sale.

• Julia Saikali
  Global perspectives research, preparation of slime for charity sale, and stand preperation.

• Local perspective:
  Water usage and awareness in schools and households in Nice, France

• Global perspective:
  Global water scarcity, unequal access to clean water, and the impact of climate change on water resources

📊 Impact & Outcomes

• 96 survey responses collected
• 650+ people reached through the campaign
• 351€ raised and donated to #TeamWater, helping provide clean water access to people in need

All data displayed on the website reflects real results from the project.
