editor.setSize broken with minimap?

Hey!

First of all, thanks for your amazing work!

I'm trying to integrate your plugin into a project of mine. But after a correct load of the editor, I can't use editor.setSize() method. It seems to break codemirror render.

I also tried on the example provided, the result seems the same.
Do you know what's going on? If it's a bug, or if I am not using something correctly?

A possible problem is that the plug-in changes the size of the editor at onLoad by the principle
EditorSize=onLoadEditorSize - MiniMapSize.
I'll see what i can do. But I will not promise that it will be in the next week.
I'm in the process of learning JS, so I need time to solve various problems.
