Error when first starting the application

Describe the bug
In first start of application there is default blazor error with option to reload page. In console there are errors with retrieving user data. The loading indicator does not hide.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open project.
2. Run application.
3. Wait for the browser to open.
4. See error.

Expected behavior
Application should load user data and show user projects.
