Frames repeating on Vulkan #12

On Google Pixel 10 Pro, if we do not switch to OpenGL, Vulkan fails, and last few frames play forever although Unity gives no error.

There is no way to detect it (at least according to me), except adb logcat, when the issue happens. Wanted to share this in case it is helpful for you, if not please close
