SOLIDPOD: is data file portability possible?

Description

Make is possible to access data files created in one app from another app

Why

So that as a user I can create once and reuse many times in different apps a particular data file.

Eg I might have an app that i use to import photos into my pod which I use to upload my camera trap images of wildlife collected during biodiversity projects in urban, rural and remote locations.

I might have a second app that I use to run Aust Wildlife Conservancy's AWC135 image classifier model to identify animal sightings from citizen managed camera imagery.

Is the issue here that across apps they will have different security keys?

Otherwise what currently stops this happening?
