[Feature Request]: Table Output DDL options: Add "create table if not exists"

What would you like to happen?

Enable creating the table if the table doesn't exist in the first place.
Currently you can manipulate an existing table but not create it from scratch if it's not there.

Uncheck "Specify database fields" and do check "Automatically update table structure" to achieve this.

Mmmm tried that and didn't work.
I'll check again.

@jutky is correct, Automatically update table structure (re)creates your table. This works in our integration tests, but that doesn't mean there can't be issues.

If it doesn't work in your environment, please provide more details than "didn't work" so we can take a closer look.

I tried this today and it worked for me.
My version is: 2.16.0.
