[Feature] Ability to cancel running job from Paimon WebUI #542

- I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.
Motivation
Hey, this is related to this issue which i've experienced too: #538
If a job is submitted through Paimon WebUI and it doesn't return results, this Paimon WebUI tab will hang indefinitely, waiting for results.
Solution
It would be great if we can cancel the job submitted and/or get a bit more info on its status.
