It requests only the permissions required to function:

• Repository Contents: Read Write (to create & edit quality.yml)
• Issues: Write (to post PR comments)

AI QE Sentinel:

• ❌ Cannot push code
• ❌ Cannot merge PRs
• ❌ Cannot access repos you don’t install it on

You can revoke access at any time from GitHub.
