Figure out how to report errors from controllers with the Spring native setup

The Spring native setup has an `/error` endpoint, but this does not actually report the error to AppSignal.

There was [an unsuccessful attempt](https://github.com/appsignal/test-setups/pull/272#discussion_r1959979728) to work around that.
