Add file drag and drop to Window (requires [STAThread])

If possible, other controls should also support drag and drop, such as TextBox, Image , ComboBox, ListBox and so on

A cross-platform drag-and-drop system requires substantial design and platform-specific work. Given the current scope, this is not
a focus area. Window-level support may be considered later.
