References broken with the new version

Installed product versions

• Visual Studio: 2019 Community version
• This extension: 1.8.217

Description

Installed the extension and created the project. All the references are broken and can't build.

Steps to recreate

1. Install the extension from visual studio extension manager
2. Create a new project using ARAS template for 12.0 SP3
3. Check the references in the project. They are all broken

Expected behavior

References should not be broken so we can build the project.

It's usual case when all references are broken right after the creating of project. After build procedure these references should be loaded to the project
