cropFrame shrinks the reference image used in NCC. This may be useful in reducing processing time. However, it has been found to be unstable.
- If removing, probably remove the whole cropParameters structure and change to eyeMotionParameters or something.
- If fixing, show that the motion traces don't change but the processing time decreases.
