Description
I have a large Wiser install. I have a few open tickets with Wiser but I am not expecting a resolution to an issue I am having. The issue a hardware fault where the RoomStat report 0c. Heating comes on to match the target. We have rooms at 35c last week!
This is not an environmental issue, battery etc. We have been through all that with Support.
The ask here. What method is available to obtain the room temp from one ( of the two ) iTrvs in the room? I have a RoomStat and two ITrvs making up a room. What my idea is.... check the iTrv temp and the RoomStat temp and compare - take appropriate action.
Can I obtain the iTrv temp? Is it possible to deconstruct the Wiser room definition and talk direct then reconstruct the Wiser room definition ?
