Update NPM Version

I'm not too saavy on how NPM works but the version that the installation command installs when running "npm install cmbot" is behind the github code here - notably some of the recent command additions like /setlimit do not show up in the lib/index.js file you get from the NPM installation.  Is it possble to push an updated version up please?
