Auto song play limit module based on queue length

Hello! Is there a possibility for adding an auto play limit module based on the amount of people currently using /queue? It would be great for auto modding when there's no mods around or if there's a spike in room users. I would attempt to add it myself but I have no way of testing the module.

Suggested command

/autoplaylimit with variables on or off e.g. /autoplaylimit on

Suggested list of events

• kicks in when the queue reaches ~5 users (or whatever it's set to)
• sets the play limit to 1 song (or whatever it's set to)
• (optional) bumps the play limit back to ~3 once the wave is over
