Guidance needed about required libraries

Unable to run LUTNet.
I am using python 2.7.18, TensorFlow 1.15, and Keras 2.2.4.

Please guide about the required environment for this project.

Same issue. I don't know which software version should I use to recreate the results. Also they don't have a requirements file that contains necessary libraries.
