Binary for Windows client?

I am a member of Hui's ScIDAC PAESCAL project, and I was interested in using this package for some of our E3SM test simulations, but I have a Windows laptop / desktop, instead of a Mac.  It would be great if an executable could be built that would work on a Windows system.  I am using Windows 11 Enterprise, Version 23H2, if that helps.  Thanks!  Brian Gaudet
