Enhance Version command to show latest release from GitHub repo

Currently, the bee version command returns Version and Latest Release that are the same and arise from the bee installation. Ideally the Latest Release should show the version available from the github repo. Thank you.

A good idea. I've changed it to a feature rather than a bug as the current functionality works as intended (#203, #402) .
